@SpazmaticAttack The idea of looking for an excuse to argue about something – and ending up fighting – is one of the numerous things that is very wrong with the world, if I may be so bold. But regardless … just enjoy, or listen to other music if that’s your preference. That somebody has a different view than you isn’t cause to argue, as it doesn’t affect you.
I used to love this song……and thought it had my name in. Then I got older and realised it was the alcoholic version of my name. Hmm. Still love it :-)
@StatedSoul but people also look for excuses to discuss stuff, and music is an very interesting thing to argue or discuss, and people like to do so. and if they end up fighting that just means they are passionate about their music and makes the discussion even more interesting. (sorry about the english if i spelled something wrong)

yes it is indeed a song about wine. these guys did this song and a few others on ‘live from abbey road’ and when they talked about the song he said it was mainly about wine.
